Dr. Gill is the Director of the PA Government Administration track and the Director of the PA Justice Systems Administration track at Columbus State University. She currently serves as a Mediator for the Third Judicial District of Georgia, Arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau, and is a Court Appointed Special Advocate. Her areas of focus include: conflict resolution, gender studies, public administration, public law, public policy, judicial policy, and administrative law. Dr. Gill was awarded the Outstanding Teacher of Writing Award in 2012 from Columbus State University and the Chappell Graduate Faculty Award. Currently she is serving as the Broadway Crossing Faculty in Residence.
